Pastor Keith Garrett is the Pastor of Bible Baptist Church in Quincy, IL. Pastor Garrett was raised in California, and joined the Navy immediately after high school, serving the First Battalion 5th Marines as a Combat Corpsman. After the Navy, he graduated from Long Beach City College with an Associate Degree in Registered Nursing. While in nursing training, he was born-again and received a call to Christian ministry. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Christian Ministry from Hope International University in Fullerton, CA. He then received his Master of Divinity from Moody Theological Seminary in Chicago, IL and was called to North Hills Community Church in Taylors, SC to serve as Pastor of Evangelism & Discipleship prior to coming to Quincy, IL in 2006. He is currently pursuing certification as a Nouthetic Counselor. Pastor Garrett and his wife, Franchiska, have three children: Shawn, Tyler and Michael.
